1 /5 Kamika Horton: Rude technicians, they didnt ask which services for me or my daughter. They did a fast job on my nails when you pick a lower price service. Will not go back again!

1 /5 Lica H: This nail shop does a good job on nails! But they are very dirty. When you first walk in it looks nice and clean but don’t be fooled. I sat there for over an hour watching them go from person to person without cleaning any tools they used including the foot scrappers. Not one time did they wipe down any station in between people. I also observed a lady TRIPLE dipping the wax stick when doing eyebrows. Yes, you read that right. She used one wax stick for this girl eyebrows and face , dipping the same wax stick back-and-forth in the wax after it had been on her face.Absolutely nasty!!! And then, after that, she grabbed one of those eyebrow archer razors, did her eyebrows with them. I waited to watch to see what she did with it. She sat it back on the tray when she was finished with that lady she picked up the same razor without wiping it off or sanitizing it and used it on the elderly lady next.

1 /5 Reneé Richardson: Pictures do not even reflect how messy my nails were. I had gel polish all in my cuticle bed. I asked for almond but the shaping was poorly done, nails were bumpy, when I expressed my concerns of the shape and how short they ended up, my concerns were brushed off and ignored. The nail tech did not care about client satisfaction. I went back a day later to ask them to fix my nails because they were messy and looked like I did them myself, they charges me $25. I needed my nails done for my sister’s wedding so paid it but definitely not returning. Many more details of why I was dissatisfied with service there, such and my pedicure was not thoroughly done, they’re over priced, the nail tech was rough and made 3 fingers bleed even after I expressed my pains and discomfort, and so forth. But as I said… simply not returning.

5 /5 Mei: Had to cut off my natural long nails which grew so long that they started curving, but please make sure when you use pink powder…(which I thought was more natural)…to get them refilled advise the technician to remove the old coat prior to putting on the new coat to keep your nails healthier! I love this shop but only person (a male who wears a black hat) almost daily it seems, did my nails from last year July at least. My nails grew so long, I went back for refills 2-3 weeks or once a month they lasted longer. When I got them cut off days ago, the middle finger shows a dark spot, where the new tech couldn’t wipe it off. She had the hardest time to remove the hardening off completely (no refill this time) using every tool imaginable. View the before and after. The first pic was in 3-6 months then longer after that.

1 /5 Phalyn Spaulding: I’ve been coming here for about 4 months…. 3 out of the times the polish literally start chipping the next day. This time I decided to come back because I had some free time & had not even been anywhere & my boyfriend and kept talking about it because it was my hand & feet. John was so nasty about having to repolish my nails. I’ll NEVER step foot back in there! The customer service is ZERO
