1 /5 Michael Peterson: I went here to get my braces and everything seemed fine other than the not so welcoming staff! I just recently got my braces taken off but they said they lost my retainer and would call me when they found it which is completely unacceptable considering the amount I paid! i called up there after waiting weeks, if not months, for them to call me back but now their story has changed. Now they are saying they never lost it but that they are just waiting for my retainers to come in. WHICH ONE IS IT?! Either way this is not a place I would recommend getting your braces at. Either they are unreliable or liars! Do better!

ralph Hayes: i had a tooth extracted and a tooth added to my denture,the office helper lady,didnt bother to explain all cost and procedures at front desk,she waited till i got in the chair and brought in papers for me to sign and didnt explain all details,and the final bill was different than the quote,i was told id pay around 40-60 dol.for the extraction and i wound up paying over 600.dol.cash,later igot a bill in mail that says i owe total 1180.dol.for extras,i feel i was lied to and ripped off,i suggest using caution and demand an up front cost analysis before treatment

My hygienist (I am sosorry for not remembering her name) and Dr. Ali were both extremely attentive, took their time and made me feel very comfortable. But I have to admit, being able to watch Netflix while getting my cleaning was the best part. Thanks!

During consultation, Dr. Smith expressed confidence and understanding as well as knowledge of the procedure and options and gave her suggestions based on what I was hoping to achieve. This helped solidify my decision to proceed and my results are absolutely amazing! She knew my budget and kept right on target. She was very meticulous and made sure that I was happy with the results. Very very pleased.

The process was very straightforward and professional and the dentist was even kind enough to perform a procedure that was not covered by his insurance for no additional cost.
