Mackay Dental Associates - Watkinsville Eugenia Vivas: Best dental experience. Beautiful facility, extremely modern and clean. The front desk staff super friendly. My hygienist (I am sosorry for not remembering her name) and Dr. Ali were both extremely attentive, took their time and made me feel very comfortable. But I have to admit, being able to watch Netflix while getting my cleaning was the best part. Thanks!

I had an unexpected emergency/reaction and they both stayed calm and rectified the situation very quickly and with a great deal of attention. Throughout the procedure they both kept the atmosphere pleasant and calm and removed any tense or possible anxiety situations and I couldnāt have been happier with the process itself.
During consultation, Dr. Smith expressed confidence and understanding as well as knowledge of the procedure and options and gave her suggestions based on what I was hoping to achieve. This helped solidify my decision to proceed and my results are absolutely amazing! She knew my budget and kept right on target. She was very meticulous and made sure that I was happy with the results. Very very pleased.

The process was very straightforward and professional and the dentist was even kind enough to perform a procedure that was not covered by his insurance for no additional cost. Iām not saying come here with the expectation of free services, Iām just sharing my personal experience. I would recommend this practice to everyone in the community.

Oconee Endodontics - Watkinsville Angie Jones: I had a root canal done by Dr. Bishop and even though I was terrified he made me feel as comfortable as possible for someone like me. Everything was well explained and I was kept informed during the whole process as to what was going on. You can tell he is very proficient at what he is doing. The staff is very friendly as well. I pray to never need another root canal but if I did I would go back to Dr. Bishop.
Brent Nail, DMD - Watkinsville Ally: Very hard to get a hold of. No one answered my calls during the week. I understand being busy, so I left a thorough and detailed voicemail like the line said to. Iām then texted, and asked to text out my reason for calling, again. Even though I said I left the voicemail. I obliged and texted, asking the question three times if they offer any plans if Iām not using dental insurance, and my question was avoided all three times, giving me irrelevant info, on purpose. Instead of answering, they said āreach out if you want to scheduleā ā¦ Iām kind of confusedā I was asking was because I was considering scheduling. I thought my question was valid and to the point. Had to jump over hurdles to get an answer to one question. I donāt like how I was treated at all, unprofessional.
