Kandace Denitra The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair service. I was quoted a price twice for a rotor and brakes replacement. I then was called hours later with a new price that was 200 dollars extra. I chose to take my service elsewhere. When I picked up my car and drove 2 minutes down the road my car was shaking. It wasn’t shaking when I dropped it off. I later found out my tire had not been put back on completely. The bolts could be twisted by my bare hand and the wheel had not been pushed in. I called to inform the owner and he wouldn’t even come to the phone to apologize. I am left to feel this was done because I chose not to do business with them.

Desmond Searcy I took my vehicle this morning to get one issue fixed that I was positive was the issue. They were honest and told me what it was . They didn’t charge me or try to take my money. It’s the honesty of this business that means everything. Thank you for referring me to where I needed to go.

Christy Nelson Went for an oil change after Walmart refused to. They didnt hesitate at Precision to help. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Super friendly and helpful guys! I was out of there in 10-15 mins! I will definitely go back and I highly recommend them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michael Garrell I was driving to North Carolina when the 2024 low mileage MICHELIN tire separated into 3 pieces at 60 mph. My cars warning light did not show a low pressure as I make sure I have correct pressure and I felt confident since this shop had just serviced them. I returned to this shop and talked to the regional manager who was rude when I asked him to replace another tire that i bought from them that had the same lot number on it. I settled for a replacement of the first tire on road hazard . Would have been simple to but he refused to EVEN CONTACT MICHELIN TO CHECK ON THE LOT NUMBER OF THE SECOND TIRE. I Insisted that he replace it too and he refused as well as getting belligerent with me! I’ve settled for a lack of confidence with my MICHELINS because of his unprofessionalism and laziness! I have always bought MICHELINS. BEWARE of their tires and this shop that I have used for years. I suppose I’ll have to find others. IVE BEEN TREATED WRONGLY BY BOTH! They have left me without peace of mind after thousands of dollars being spent. I ALMOST CAN’T EVEN BELIVE THE OUTCOME.

Sarah K. Lanier Brian was phenomenal! He went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable on a hot day. He noticed my elderly mother-in-law needed to be moved away from a noisy customer in a different bay, and he so kindly guided us to the waiting area in the air conditioning. Thoughtful, kind personal skills and superb and detailed care for my minivan.

Sanjay Kumar If you want quality work, call Daniel. He drove to my house to fix my cars front windshield and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. He even helped me clean up the leftover glass from the break. Great guy, and I enjoyed talking with him. Im glad I found him and supported another small business owner. It was a great experience at a fair price!

Rita Owens Daniel replaced the windshield on our Ford Flex. It was a great experience from beginning to end. He had excellent communication, came to the house two days after giving us a quote and did a great job with quality workmanship, and fair pricing. I would recommend Daniel to all our friends.

Bradford Flynn While visiting my 97 year old father in law our automobile needed a starter replaced. We are from Pa. and needed it done quickly because we needed to get him to treatments. This garage was very close which helped also. They were very understanding and took care of our problem immediately. We had the vehicle back in less than 24 hours. Considering they had to get the part, and it was last minute, this was awesome. We highly recommend this garage and cannot state enough how much they helped us in our dire time of need. If 10 stars were an option I would give them a 10. Thank you and May God Bless.

Wes Newcombe A neighbor of mine suggested shortly after moving to the area that if I ever needed work done on my vehicles, to take them to MTA automotive. I’ve had a new engine replaced on a Suburban, refurbished transmission replaced on an Corolla and other work done over the years. Last September I had MTA auto replace a faulty front wheel bearing and decided to replace the other as well as it could fail anytime as well. They were able to complete the repair the same day. They stand by their work. I began to have issues on one of my front wheel bearings and took it in last week. They determined it was a defective wheel bearing. They normally warranty their own labor for six months. The parts were already under warranty but they were willing to honor their labor just beyond the six month warranty period which I am really grateful for. MTA auto and owner / manager Noe are an upstanding business / owner-operator. I hate bringing my vehicles in for repairs as anyone does but when I do, I know I can trust leaving my vehicles with them to get the job done. Thanks again MTA auto and Noe!

Shake Cord Firstly I’m definitely sharp with diagnostic on all devices and mechanical concepts. They fixed AC but broke power steering as it’s now whining real loud while driving BUT I’m not sweating to death. However it was $650.00 for a “new” compressor when I really don’t believe it needed to be replaced. Why? Well I was told after the compressor was installed it still didn’t come on. Which means obviously 12 volts wasn’t going to the unit to begin with. Overall I DO BELIEVE THEY DO GOOD WORK JUST NEEDS TO WORK ON Diagnosing and Communication skills.

Renee Nelson Lauwers No repairs done . Called to see if I could tow my car in for them to look at at 10am on a Friday morning. The gentlemen stated that they would come to my house for a diagnostic and if Im still interested in bringing my car there I can then have it towed. They are less than a mile from my house. Well they never showed and then wouldnt answer my text or phone calls. I think this is horrible customer service, if your shop is too busy say so, communicate, not too difficult. Wasted an entire day, plus the weekend I could have found another shop on Friday l. Had to wait until Monday.

Kenny Blum Had to send my college daughter for new front brakes. Was prepared for upcharging or nonessential work to be suggesed to my daughter, but she found her contact extremely friendly - told her what they were doing and why. More importantly, they didnt try to sell her rear brakes (which I knew the installation date), Super blades, or tirws, or anything else!! Replaced front pads while she waited, had VERY reasonable prices, and suggested she return in ~9 months to have rear pads examined. Trustworthy and honest; this will be our first stop for repairs during her school tenure.

Raymond Vassak Jr TRUSTWORTHY!! My father was in the market to buy a set of 4 tires for his truck. Arias Tire had a set he wanted to buy, but one of the service men noticed a cut in the tire. The service man was truthful and told my dad before any payment took place. Really hard to find honest guys like these in the automotive world. Best tire shop in North Ga!

Kueen Love Recently had the chance to work with the Firestone crew, and I must say, they are simply amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me with my tire issues. They took the time to explain everything clearly, so I knew exactly what to expect. What really stood out was their efficiency; I was in and out much faster than I had anticipated. Plus, they didnt try to upsell me on services I didnt need, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend the Firestone crew to anyone in need of tire service. Great job, team!

Jody Yarbrough Have been in twice with an Avis Rental car. First time I waited over an hour for an oil change to have someone come in with an appointment and have to wait even longer. The managing partner was rude and not helpful when I asked about it. So I left and went to another location and received 5 star service. Had an issue with a bolt in a tire and Avis again asked me to take it here for repair. Been here an hour and 45 minutes so far. They had to get a tire from the warehouse across town which took over 30 minutes and it’s been over 20 minutes waiting to get it put on since it arrived. Even had to ask the service guy why he was sitting in the vehicle in the parking lot for 5 minutes what he was doing. The young lady helping me communicated very well but when she went to lunch the communication dropped totally. A little communication goes a long way. I hate to say typical Albany service, but if the tire fits……

Cheyenne Dickinson i hit a bear on the side of the road and it messed up my bumper and my right headlight. maverick collision fixed it in less than a week. Presley Gray was very nice and had my car in and out. i had great service and the car looks brand new. i will definitely be coming back to this place in the future.
