Deborah Karp Joe Hudson was very prompt in providing an estimate and getting the repair scheduled. They delivered the car when promised. Very satisfied with the experience and recommend using them.

Malachi Parton I wouldn’t trust this place not to burn a peace of toaste. I went to get a pressure test, a diagnostic for my 2010 ford crown Victoria. They told me it would be done same day, I brung it up there fairly early on a Friday. With the understanding before they took my vehicle I would need it back at the end of the day. If not I would need to go somewhere else so I could have that convenience. They said it was no problem they would have it done. They never got back with me. Never even looked at my car that day. I had to call them back several times just to find out what was going on with my car. Often times they would make up excuses on why they couldn’t get to my vehicle. When they did get to my vehicle they had come up on an issue. My 4 cylinder had a miss fire. They NEVER contacted me asking if I wanted to see if they could try taking out the 4th cylinder spark plug they was having issues trying to get the spark plug out. They ended up stripping the treads of the head of my engine. Made me pay for a Heli coil after they was the one’s to mess it up. I had to wait even longer for my car. 2 weeks later the heli coil and spark plug blew out losing compression to the engine. Had some people come and look at it, they all said the same thing that the heli coil was not threaded in all the way. No one will touch what they messed up. Im out a car over a diag, and a compression test. If would have new how sneaky mike and his crew really was I would have never used him. I thought I could trust them cause I helped put there hvac system in at there new location. They seemed like a stand up crew but I was mistaken. I called down there today asking how much the head would cost or if they would warranty it since they had just laid hands on it. They new exactly what vehicle it was. They don’t wanna make it right, or even knock some of the price down. When I never had any of the issues before I brung it up there. On TOP of all of that it rained a bunch that Friday and Saturday they worked on it. I pulled up to there shop at like 7pm or 8pm. So I could get some of my tools for work. And they had my hood up in the middle of a rain storm with my spark plug out. DONT use them.

Thats Cool I had a great experience getting my tire repaired at Mavis Tires. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. They got me in quickly and took care of the repair efficiently. I really appreciated the great service and how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend this location if you need tire work done!

Dravyn Mantz Helpful over the phone, okay service in-person. Tires are good, but put on very poorly. Tires are not fully balanced and was told control arm was busted so they couldnt do an alignment. Sent me on my way. Went to a different mechanic who said nothing was wrong with it.

James Thibodeau I will have to say that David S. has a great team working with him. On 5/28/25 a co-worker of mine had a flat tire upon leaving at 5:15pm. A quick call was made and David said bring it here even though they close at 5:30pm. So, after putting air in the tire and driving to the location the tire was fixed and everyone was happy

Tom H Whenever I get a flat tire, Total Tire is my go-to. They always get me in and out fast without cutting corners. Whether I need a quick patch or a whole new tire, the work is solid and dependable every time. Can’t recommend them enough if you need quick, quality service!

Brittany Snedaker After going to the dealership and being told I’d have to pay close to 3k in repairs, Mike came through for me in a big way and on short notice. I was recommended by a friend, and I do not regret it! He was able to cut the price in half and went out of his way to make extra repairs that were needed. He’s great with communicating everything you need to know, and his prices are very fair. If you are having car issues or if the dealership is trying to swindle you out of money (like they did to me) I highly recommend giving Auto Care Services a call. Thank you again, Mike! Lamonte Terry “Mr. Haircut Shawty” I had problem with my fuel pump on my dodge challenger. I call Auto Care Center and they were able to get me in the same day my car was towed to them. They were able to have my car back the next morning good as new with reasonable price. I highly recommend them for your car repair services.

Carol Johnson I went there because the piece at the front of the car underneath had come loose on one side and was dragging and I wanted to get it fixed. Everyone was sitting in the office (didnt look a garage anywhere) and all they would say was Mike wasnt there. Im a 80 year old woman and they didnt do anything to help. I managed to do it myself!! Lol

Gabriel Runyan I have been to this tire store roughly 5 times in the last year. Each experience has been better than the last. With this last visit , I needed 4 tires bad. They got me in, without an appointment, on a Saturday, within 30 minutes and had me out less than an hour later. The one thing that really impressed was the quality of the tire. I had never heard of the brand Sailun . Come to find the were a very quality for the price!! Very well done yall!!

Nate Ball I found them to be very friendly and down to earth. They dont try to sell you extra stuff like the big chains. They quickly narrowed down my issue and repaired my tire for a great price without trying to sell me a new tire. Many of the chain tire shops in Statesboro will not do this. The chain shops are only interested in selling you tires and not fixing your specific issue even if it is easy. If its a quick repair, Tire King will do the repair. If you actually NEED a new tire, they will let you know. If you like mom and pop, which I do, Tire King is the way to go.

Chris Olsen Tried taking my vehicle in. I had mentioned that I needed my vehicle back before they closed at 5 pm and initially, the clerk told me that should not be a problem and I dropped it off. I live in Pooler and therefore I needed my vehicle to get home. Throughout the day I checked on it to see if it had gotten looked at and they mentioned it had not. 4:00 rolls around and he mentions that it will not be seen and I would need to come back to pick it up. I asked if would it be better if I left it with them the next day and the clerk told me it would probably be the same thing unless I left it with them. My question was if you were confident before that you could work on my vehicle before yall close at 5 what changed? Either you guys dont have enough mechanics or the clerk didnt know how booked up yall were. Dont tell people initially you can see their vehicle and in the end not do it.

They showed us the issues they found and got us back on the road in a timely manner. What could have been a sour vacation ending turned into an additional memory. I wish they had a shop back home. Megan H DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! As soon as a customer stepped out of their vehicle he was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! All they wanted was a tire change!!! He then told this person to leave without even knowing which tire it was. The customer wasnt rude whatsoever and all the mechanic kept doing was fussing at them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! There are many mechanic shops that would be more than happy to take care your vehicle but apparently not this one!
