John Parsons My wifes car was in for body damage from a driver side swipping her. They repaired in a very reasonable amount of time (2 to 6 weeks quicker than other quotes). Susan and Rodney were very nice. I would definitely use them again. The work was awsome.

James Johnson I called, he answered and said, "Hello" and as soon as I asked if he is a mobile mechanic, he randomly hung up. I tried calling back 4 times and he sent me to voicemail each time. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Keiryn Bailey Dont bother, he answers and then immediately hangs up on you. Absolutely useless.

pam lancaster Burgess / Shuler Auto repair would not give up on diagnosing and repairing my Volvo . . They were fair in their pricing and always professional , polite while getting to the bottom of my problem . I’ve used them for many years with my Volvos and will continue to do so .

Wes Phillips Buckie Burgess is one of the best trained master mechanics in North Georgia, especially when it comes to luxury car brands like Mercedes, BMW, and the like. Good folks like this stay covered up with work though, so be patient and you wont regret it.

Aileen Hernandez Came here for an oil change and they were very nice to me, and even filled my tire with air without asking!!! Best place for a quick oil change that doesn’t over charge.

Lalo Fraire Such a badass experience with them. I would highly recommend as I was beyond satisfied with their service. The only thing that kinda sucked was the time frame in which the work was done but that was through no fault of their own and they even been the expected deadline by 2DAYS ! Safe to say that I would definitely go through them again.

Marty Teems We have had other vehicles serviced by CarStar with excellent results. Our recent insurance claim was a bigger job. We picked up our vehicle today and the work was fantastic! Like a new vehicle and cleaned up nicely. They kept us updated all the the process so we knew where we were in the process and what day we could pick up. Very friendly and helpful at the shop in Dalton. I highly recommend.

Taekwondo Jacob Michael and Mark have both worked on my BMW multiple times. They do awesome work and will not try to price gauge you. Could not ask for better service!!!

Adam Vogelmeier This is the worst business I have EVER done business with by far. I dropped my truck off for a simple one hour job and they had it for a month. They didn’t have a receipt so I contacted them asking for one and they said to message again the following week because they weren’t at the shop. After texting multiple times for 2 weeks and getting ignored I told them I was coming by to pick it up so they finally responded. So after a month they finished the one hour job and then weeks later they finally got me a receipt. I would attempt to do my own work and I have little mechanical knowledge before I ever let these guys touch anything I owned again. Literally the worst business I’ve ever had dealings with.

Lexy Billings Did a really great job on my car for a fair price. Dropped it off and had it fixed same day, saved me a ton of money on having to get a rental for the weekend too. This place has very affordable pricing, they do quality work and a very kind staff. Will be returning for any and all of my auto repair needs!
