Gloria Blalock I was glad to have found this shop and was at first pleased with the work. I was a little concern of the charges but was just glad to have the car fixed and it explained to me what was done. However, I really am frustrated with the length of time it takes to get someone on the phone. Before I initially took my car to them it took several tries before some one answered the phone. A week later after the car was fixed, it started cutting off and it wasnt showing any signs of this before I took it there to fix the over heating of the AC compressor. Now Ive been trying to call several times and left vm but no one has answered or returned my call. Although they are friendly and overall I do believe are honest, it would be nice if someone would ans the phone in a timely manner. Because I couldnt get in touch with them and need the car for work, I started calling around to other shops and when I explain they all say I should take it back and let them check it out first, but I cant reach anyone at the shop. So unfortunately I have to result to taking it to the dealer which I was trying to avoid.

He finished fixing my HVAC system in less than 24 hrs. He understood that as it was my only means of transportation that I couldnt afford to be without it over the weekend. Cost came in under his estimate and the AC is cold, fan working properly again, and car is comfortable for even short trips around town now. Thank you so very much, Chris! Emmie Mccoy Would have given 5 stars but the person who took my order wrote down air pressure at 32 and those working on my car didnt double check my car to make sure what the tire pressure should be set at. Needless to say I didnt get out of the driveway before noticing the tire pressure was low on all 3 of 4 new tires. After making them check things out, one of the service men told me the tires should have been set at 42 instead of the 32 the inside worker wrote down. Long story story it is a good thing I double checked their work. Was going to get an oil change there but now thinking my 100 for that can be spent better elsewhere.

Jordan Elliott MY TRUCK FELL OFF THE LIFT. DO NOT TRUST THIS OUTFIT WITH YOUR VEHICLES. I arrived this morning and asked if they could mount, balance, and align my new tires, they said yes and I told them I would be back in an hour to have it done. I came back after running a few errands and handed them the keys. They pulled my truck into the bay, lifted my truck and started removing the tires. They then came in to inform me that they couldn’t align my truck (because the machine was down) keep in mind I asked twice if they could do this and they said yes. I told them to please put the tires back on the truck and I would take it somewhere that could. About that time my truck (2021 Ram) fell off of the rack, damaging the bottom side of my truck and my brand new step bars. The manager said he would have to contact the regional and corporate for the repairs and that they would call me. Here we are 3 days later and I still have not been contacted about the incident. After the accident they told me that they would cover the job if I drove to Milledgeville location. So I drove there and upon arriving the manager said they they could not do the job either because the machine and operator we down and out. At this point I am 5 hours in for the day. After calling several times up to the Sandersville location the manager and counter part now have an attitude with me and tell me that can’t do anything that I need to call corporate. I called corporate twice and have asked for someone to call me to have my truck fixed. Still nothing. Next step will be my lawyer. Hope no one ever goes here. It’s absolutely terrible experience. I figured I would try them because there was nobody there and I needed to get it done quick. I guess that’s why nobody was there. Terrible customer service locally and corporately. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
