5 /5 Lynette Guess: First time eating at Zaxbys with a basketball team. They got us through the line and got our food out quick and without any mistakes. The food was fresh and hot! Outstanding!

3 /5 Mema: Disappointed with my last visit. We ordered a Zalad and Big Zax Snack. We got home and learned the vinaigrette dressing had already been zipped open and spilled in the bottom of the bag, which covered the black food container. There were no eating utensils, no napkins, no sauce for the Big Zax Snack meal, and no straws for the drinks. I just had a bag of spilled dressing to clean up and eat my salad without dressing and he ate his chicken meal. In spite of this off day, Zaxbys is still one of our go-to places.

4 /5 Andy: The service was very friendly and fast! The food was fresh and hot, and the wings were very well tossed in the sauce. The salad was delicious as well. Clean area, bathrooms were clean as well.

5 /5 Gabriele Maggitt: I had a great experience at Zaxbys. We were traveling through Americus and stayed a couple of days. We went to Zaxbys because we don’t have one where I live. The customer service was superb, outstanding. I had a young lady helping me , her name was Loshandra. Please forgive me if I didn’t spell your name correct . The food was fresh and tasted great. My experience was so pleasant that we went back the next day. Thank you Loshandra for being so kind and forthcoming. And by the way the place was super clean and it was busy!!!
