1 /5 Jessie Turner: My family and I came here to dine in. As soon as we walked in we noticed how dirty the lobby was. Dirty tables, nasty floor. The A/C was also broken. It then took 30 minutes to get our food. I thought this was “fast food”?? And when we got the food it did not look good. Our orders of fries were were literally white! So disappointed!

1 /5 via: The girl in the drive through was so extremely rude tonight to my bf like the worst attitude, said straw was in the bag- it wasn’t. and whoever is cooking must have been actually messing with us putting this much sauce on a nibbler sandwich. never going back to this one ever don’t waste your time drive to ringgold.

Always nice when someone doesnt need to hear you ask or say much of anything and they just know what you needed. Thank you! I hadnt been in for a long time but, I will definitely come back sooner than later now!

1 /5 fmk7997: I tried Zaxbys for the first time a week or so ago and was very pleased. The food was delicious. My second visit, same. Yesterday was my third visit. As you can see from my email receipt, I ordered on the app at 1:37pm, and you can see the ticket attached to my meal, I received it at 2:09pm - thats 32 minutes! Further, numerous people came to the counter, ordered, and a few minutes later received their food. My order seemed to have gotten lost somewhere. Having to wait 32 minutes for 5 wings and 5 tenders is inexcusable.

5 /5 Samantha: Listen… I don’t know who’s running the Zaxby’s today, but give them a trophy, a crown, and maybe even a national holiday because WOW. I pulled up thinking I’d be waiting forever like every other fast-food place on planet Earth, but NO. These people had my food ready so fast I swear I blinked and it was in my hands. Like??? Are they psychic?? Do they have superpowers?? Is there a secret NASA-level kitchen back there?? And the staff?? PLEASE. They were so friendly I literally felt like I was being adopted into the Zaxby’s family. The girl at the window smiled at me like I had just won the lottery. I almost cried. I almost asked if she wanted to be maid of honor at my wedding. The whole vibe was immaculate. 10/10. Actually 1000/10. If I could give them more stars I would personally climb into the sky and hang extra ones up there myself. Zaxby’s, I love you. I would die for you. Thank you for your service.
