1 /5 ricky fulmer: I ordered a taco salad. When I got to the window they give me my stuff. I asked him about chips. He said it in the bag. I got home, no bag, no chips, no sour cream and the less lettuce was welded I call an the sorry excuse we no longer have chips but why it be on the menu

1 /5 Cai Stockley: I’m a nurse near this Wendy’s located at 418 South Main st, Swainsboro, GA, 30401. I don’t mean any harm but this is the final time me or my family will be eating here. Every single time we come here we make a bet on what they will mess up on our meal. Things are always missing, food not fully cooked, customer service is awful, charged us for things we didn’t get, give us someone else’s food, etc etc. Literally 28 times out of the 30 I’ve been there it’s been nothing but awful. Tonight 1-17-22 I rushed to Wendy’s on my lunch break to get a salad. I was eating it while I was driving back to work. I instantly started feeling sick with an upset stomach. Once I got to work I looked at what was left of my salad and notice the meat wasn’t even cooked. This is ridiculous! HORRIBLE!

1 /5 Alicea AJ: Food was cold. Chicken nuggets, fries, and hamburger. And this is how they put it in the bag and hand it to you. Ended up having to throw away my food. Tried a variety of the fountain drinks and they kept on saying unavailable, unavailable, unavailable as seen in the pictures. How to keep on tapping the fountain drink board repeatedly almost to the point of having to beat it so it would respond. Unsweet Tea was the only drink that was drinkable. This place is pitiful. I dont know if I ever want to come back to this particular Wendys. Only good thing is the atmosphere Been to other Wendys and never have such horrible food and drink.

1 /5 Tenika Blount: I went to Wendy’s in my lunch break to get some food and I was so nice to them ever time I go and the are so rude and I was telling the lady to have a Great day and she just walk away and was talk to me with her back turn as she walk off and the other person just closed the window in my face like I was not even talking the have very bad customer service at that location so I will be going to the one Cross town
