1 /5 Austin Lee: Horrible customer service. We ordered at 12:00 and didn’t receive our food till after 1. The staff did not apologize and didn’t not act professional. Didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in. They were not busy we were the only ones in the store.

1 /5 TIMOTHY BENNETT: Im not in town often, because I live out of state. However, After a Long, Hard day, I decided to support you guys, and I ordered Two Pizzas for delivery at 8:00 pm. It is now 10:00 pm, and my Pizzas still have not been delivered. This means I have been waiting for my dinner Two Hours. I have tried to call several times, but I was not able to get through. This is Totally Unacceptable, I will demand a Refund, and not patronize your business again.

1 /5 Craig Rowland: Pizza delivery takes forever and once the pizza gets complete it sits for 45 minutes waiting for a driver. No one will answer the phone. Horrible service.

2 /5 Michelle Gibson: I was looking forward to my chicken habanero sandwich, but the two ingredients that make the sandwich good were missing: pineapples and sweet habanero sauce. Instead, banana peppers were added. To make matters worse, I tried to call and was on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up and write this review. Its 3:30pm, so chances are the story is not busy at this time. This is just a shame. If you had picked up the phone, you could have just fixed the mistake or apologized without dropping your reviews. Maybe because it is Swainsboro, GA and there isnt much competition you just dont care? Thats really sad too.
