1 /5 Erin Buice: My daughter and I have been to this restaurant three times. First time we really liked it, that we found a place in Barnesville that we actually liked and made plans to come again. The second time we returned it was on a Tuesday evening it was crazy and noisy but we still got served and we decided it must be like a taco Tuesday kind of thing and it was just that kind of a noisy kind of atmosphere and we werent put off too badly that we wouldnt return. However this evening we went and should have just left had to get our own menus took forever for them to come and find out what we wanted to drink and when I went to get the menus it took forever to get someone to acknowledge my existence. The first person told me the menus were on the desk and proceeded to walk away, theres only one menu . Another person I asked he walked away and they proceeded to stand where I can see them and they can see me and talk to one another but they didnt help me. I had to get a third person to help me finally had someone get our order they brought out the wrong drinks the wrong cheese dip took probably 45 minutes for the food to come out if not longer had to wait for more things for dinner couldnt get refills couldnt get acknowledged we had to flag someone down multiple times just to get their attention to get our check so we can leave it was a horrible experience and I wont be returning. I can handle long waits but I cant handle rudeness and being bluntly ignored you are restaurant owners and you rely on customers and being friendly and polite helping them out it goes a long way you know a simple, hi can I help you, those things are things I look for and its not just about good food I I look for good customer service as well
