Big Chic - Barnesville (GA)

5 /5 Machelle: the first time being here at this one the device and food were pretty darn good. The only complaint is that i wanted to try one of their spuds and they were out. But the food i ordered was really good.

5 /5 Michele Harrell: Sweet tea was great. Chicken fingers were fresh and hot. Great hot fries with just enough salt. Tried some different sauces for dipping Don’t recommend the lemon pepper Bbq was delicious Definitely try the made in house chic sauce it was the bomb

If you go at 8:20pm and try and place an order you will be told you can only get what they still have left theyre not cooking anymore food. 40 minutes left til closing, fryers already shut down everybody working there ready to close and go at 8:20pm. Ridiculous and LAZY.

5 /5 Barry Oakes: This was our first experience at big chick. We wanted something different from the other things that Barnesville offers, which is not a lot. The service was absolutely awesome. I believe the drive-through teller‘s name was Braydon. He got the order right and when we asked him about recommendations, he was really good about offering the recommendations by first asking questions. The food is plenty. The onion rings were fresh. The tea was fresh and the chicken was fresh. But as I always say, the experience is first based off of the interaction with the employees. I can honestly say that going to McDonald’s is a rough experience just because the people you deal with seem miserable, but Braydon seemed to be in good spirits. It was almost like going to Chick-fil-A‘s little brothers house. Thank you, Braydon for making. It’s such a great experience on the first time at this restaurant.

1 /5 Christy Robinson: Employees have bad attitudes! If you ask for items to wrap up your food to take home, they think you are getting an attitude. LOL. No worries though, Ill just take my business else where. Dont think the owners care because checking reviews show that people have had bad customer service for a while. Edited after response - 2 year employee but cant figure out how to help customer with to go packaging, yeah ok! And with that personality and attitude, she has definitely had complaints. Hiring young people in school is not an excuse when the customer service at your business sucks! Sounds like you were in the back with it all going on and did nothing while letting employees be rude to customers. Definitely speaks to your character and business model.
