2 /5 Ticsco Campbell: Now this food look amazing but the taste seem water down...I think they need to say 40percent less sodium.....the food do not taste good as much as it look. I did like the greens....stuff need more taste and season but if you like stuff less taste you love it. To high too for less taste

1 /5 K Ayers: D0NT WASTE Y0UR M0NEY HERE!! I Paid $42 For A Chitterling Dinner Combo Which Is Expensive For Some Chitterlings But If Theyre Cooked Right Whatever... But THEY WERE NOT!!!! The Chitterlings Had NOT BEEN CLEANED!!! I Added A Picture 0f All The Stuff I Pulled Off 0f Them It Was Digusting. I Called Them To Tell Them & All They Kept Yelling Was They Dont Do Refunds Just Exchanges & Hung Up On Me. So I Drove All The Way Back Up There & They Still Had The Dirty Chitterlings On The Line To Be Served. I Didnt Want To Exchange For Anything At This Point But Didnt Want To B3 Out $42 & Gas Money So I Got The Rib Tips Which Were Nothing But Bone And Nasty The Macaroni Was Nasty As Well. I Also Got Sweet Potato Pie... That Wasnt Cooked Throughly It Was Still Runny Added That Picture Too. I Know By The Attitude I Was Given & The Lack Of Customer Service I Received When They Left Me Standing There With No Acknowledgment They Wouldnt Care If I Came Back Or Not & I WONT BE. The Fact That They Dont Offer Refunds & Didnt Throw Those Chitterlings Away Shows That Theyre Greedy & Dont Care About Their Customers. Only Gave 1 Star So I Can Spare Someone The Misery. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

4 /5 Sameerah Rahman: Im visiting my daughters in ATL & I went here on NYE @ 6ish PM. I ate portions out of my 2 double platters, which comes with 2 meat options. Yep, 2! I wasnt cooking, was feeling Hangry & couldnt decide between the options. They have Chitterlings [not my zhoosh], for those that eat that. There is a menu board where you can see the selections & pricing. The server at the counter asks for your name for your order [will touch on more later] & Here we gooo... 1st platter: Fried chicken & shrimp, sassy rice & blacked eye peas, greens & mac & cheese. 2nd platter: Fried whiting & more shrimp, cabbage, & sweet potatoe souffle. And they gave me a free side potato salad for my trouble [Ill touch on that later]. Each platter comes with a cornbread muffin. Soooowah, lets start with the Food; I received a fresh order of the fried chicken & they allow you to pick your 2 pieces. The whiting & shrimp are made to order & that was a plus! All the proteins were freshly prepared & seasoned like my grannys. The sweet potatoe souffle was tasty & sweetened just right. I wasnt impressed with the sassy rice. Not certain what the sass was?? Anyrwho, the potato salad had an odd texture, like the eggs were chewy & a lot of relish? The cabbage & greens were OK, Mac & cheese was tasty [creamy & cheesy], I didnt care for the black-eyed peas at All! I was trying to add photos but its something sketchy with the WiFi where Im located & it was taking forever to download. Service: My experience was craaazy! My platters kept getting mixed up with other customers?! Notice at the beginning I said 1 server takes your name & labels your platters? So Im not sure why mines kept getting mixed up with other customers. It took an additional 15 minutes on top of the 15+ minute wait time in line. The 2nd young male server was frustrated with me like I was behind the counter mixing up the platters?!! Even the cashier had an attitude like I was the mix up. The Aunty server [Very Sweet] at the end corrected the other servers errors & gave me the free potatoe salad. Hence, the 3 stars for service was because of her. Otherwise, I wouldnt have given any. Atmosphere: I did not dine in but the tables & dining room were very Clean!! They also had big screen TVs for customers pleasure. Overall, I would peobably come back again... another location perhaps.

5 /5 Barbara Jennings: I always have a good experience at This Is It no matter which one I dine at. The person taking my order is always courteous and kind and patient. The person is at the cash register are the same. Even though I know it is hard working with the public. They are consistently patient. I get the feeling that they enjoy working here. Today I spoke with Geneva. I told her that I had always noticed that she was taking care of business every time I came in to the restaurant and she always had a smile. I’m sure her colleagues appreciate this. I sure do. It seems like the employees are well taken care of and that they take care of each other. It’s a pleasure to be a patron of This Is It restaurant for years and years. My name is Barbara Latimer Jennings
