1 /5 Jennifer Aydin: First I want to say please don’t waste your time and money. Now I will show you why. On October 23rd I ordered uber eats juicy crab. I ordered the (4) tenders meal. When it arrived my chicken was all raw. When I called KEVIN answered. I asked for a manger. He said not here. I asked, do you know when he or she will be in? He said no. I said ok. And hung up. He didn’t offer to help. He was very short. And not honest. So because I am tired of poor customer service and people lying saying that never happened. I grabbed my other phone. Called Kevin back at juicy crab and recorded the audio. Unfortunately Google doesn’t allow audios on the reviews but my screenshots will show how this company will lie and scam. I filed a complaint online to corporate. I receive emails. They say I’m lying I never ordered this is a “malicious and deliberate attack” on my end. So I’ll let the people be the judge. As you can see pictured below, my calls to juicy crab. But the email says I never called? A lie they got caught in. They said I ordered before they even opened. Odd because it was AFTER 2pm est online their hours say open @12pm… and IF a restaurant was closed I wouldn’t be able to do uber eats. I say this to say BEWARE. Don’t waste your time or money. I come with facts. And I want the world to see. They also will keep emailing you from weird emails. People will be able to tell a lie from the truth. NEVER go HERE. I just would like to know who did I call then if it wasn’t “juicy crab” who did I order uber eats from if it wasn’t JUICY CRAB!!!!!! And this was my first time having them.
