5 /5 Norman Graham: The store had about 45 people in their and they was extremely professional. I had 2 orders at 2 different franchises and they transferred the other order to themselves with no problem. I never asked them they asked me. Great staff.

5 /5 S Patricia: I stopped in today to grab a couple of ham sandwiches for myself and my grandmother. I have not been inside a honeybaked ham store in many years. The atmosphere inside the store was very nice. They had a display on either side with grab and go items as well as frozen items. Anna, who waited on me, was very sweet and personable. She explained the reward points and the buy one get one sandwich offer at the bottom of my receipt quickly and clearly. I don’t think it took even two minutes for my sandwiches to be ready! I made it home and took a bite of my sandwich and man was it was delicious. I really enjoyed the hickory honey mustard sauce that I asked for on the side. The croissant was soft and the toppings were all fresh and tasty. I even received some coupons in the bag to use later. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

2 /5 sharee b.: I picked up a spiral ham and turkey breast at this location on 11/26/25. Got home and found out the ham was severely burnt. Took it back to this location and manager tried to charge me more money to get another. I wasnt paying any more money for something that wasnt my fault. She exchanged for the boneless ham and when I got home that ham was nothing but fat. My Thanksgiving meal was ruined. I have called this store, corporate office, and sent web chats to this location every Thursday since Thanksgiving. Fast forward a month later no call back yet. I will never step foot back in this location again. Buyers please check your product before leaving the store. Corporate and everyone at the store are aware that they are selling unconsumable ,burnt, and fatty products. The excuse is they have a new supplier this year. *** Update 1/5/2026 Dominique the GM at the Fayetteville GA location finally gave me a call back. Thankfully I was given a full refund for my order.

5 /5 anitra myles: The employees did an awesome job with the organization of handing out the hams for Thanksgiving! Pay online & make your life easier I was in and out in 5 minutes. Pulled up the longest line of folks they didn’t pre pay.

5 /5 Derrick Rgrs: We had a huge box lunch order for pickup for our utility crews helping out after a tornado. We had about 350 lunches prepared perfectly and on time. It took a few pickup trucks to fit all the boxes but the service was impressive. Thank you so much for being available and willing to serve. The food was excellent and nothing was missing from any boxes. You made a lot people happy!
