After seeing the almost perfect Google Review rating, we decided to stop here instead of seeking parking in Helen or Cleveland, glad we tried this spot, well be back. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by the kitchen staff (you can watch them at work) and Kitty, the friendliest server ever. Shell make sure your order is just right and set up your table, providing interesting and entertaining conversation as if you were part of her family. The food is good, crunchy fries that were tender inside came with my burger, and the omlets my guests had were fine! Plenty of parking, but we didnt know at first the diner was down the hill path past the golf recreation area, finally found it! The diner is inside the Mountain Lakes resort area but the guard at the gate lets you in when you tell them you are visitng the diner.
