1 /5 Derek Kreischer: The service at this establishment has taken a nosedive. I placed a mobile order at 6:39 and did not receive the food until 7:12. In fact, the food was not even started until I pulled up at the window at 7:00 and told them my name.
When I go inside, the service matches the drive-thru experience. Workers refuse to make eye contact so they don’t have to give service, there is palpable tension in who will begin the order, and most of the time, there is 0 friendliness within the transaction. Half of the tortilla cups are either stale or bendy/ not crisp and both of the salsa cups were only half filled.
I am supremely disappointed in how this business has fallen, given that it’s one of the very few fresh/healthy food options Statesboro has. Considering going back to Chipotle because of how bad this has turned.
