Scout - Decatur (GA)

5 /5 Cameron H: I’ve been going to Scout on occasion since they first opened years ago. It’s a pretty consistent experience, great food and cocktails, and good service. I love the space, the ability to get a reservation, and their menu options are fantastic. I mainly go for brunch these days, but I should see if they have any HH deals and also try to get there for dinner more often. I’m glad they seem to be thriving and hope they’re around for a long, long time.

4 /5 Tonia Ioan: Went for brunch and really enjoyed the patio surrounded by trees. The food was decent but nothing mind blowing, especially for the price. We had the prosciutto English muffins and CBH. Not a fan of their Bloody Mary. Overall we enjoyed our time there!

3 /5 Maria Mason: I wanted to love this place but I just couldn’t. Initial interaction with our server was weird. She didn’t welcome us or introduce herself. We ordered an appetizer and she walked off without asking about drinks. The salmon bites were okay. They were drenched in bang bang sauce. I ordered the braised short rib. The portion was overwhelming too large but instead of short ribs, it was as giving pot roast. I had to ask for salt and pepper. The meat was dry and unflavored. The gravy and mashed potatoes was okay. My husband enjoyed his butter. The star of the show was the salted caramel brownie. It may be the best brownie I’ve ever had in my life. Served hot and so gooey. It was so delicious. The food came out really quick. Total bill was $117 for 2 before tip. We will not return.

5 /5 Mortimer Snogripple: With friendly, quick service and fresh food, Scout delivered. The interior was cozy and clean, the bar is beautiful but the exterior signage was a bit worn.
