5 /5 Cameron Cox: Took some time but definitely worth the wait. Everything is fresh made. The meats come off the slab and are smoked in house. Would recommend the trio sliders any day of the week to get a taste of the mouthwatering flavor options they have to offer. You will not be disappointed. 5 /5 Lauren S: This was the best meal I’ve had all month. The ambiance is beautiful. The loaded mac and cheese was incredible. I added pulled chicken, amazing! My server, Nicole was so kind and attentive. The buffalo cauliflower wings were super good too! The portions are large enough to share. I got the “All that razz” cocktail and it was beautiful as well as delicious. They put a delicious sauce on the Mac and cheese that makes all the flavors marry together perfectly. Thank you RedEye!

4 /5 Douglas Peale: I had the 3 slider sampler with Mac & cheese. The food was great especially the Mac & cheese! Prices are higher than on their website menu. The bartender had her hands full but did great despite being understaffed and doing the work of two!

5 /5 Asha Reddy: had the pleasure of dining (ordered takeout so that I could eat and relax in my room) at Red Eye Southern Kitchen while on a work trip, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I ordered the Impossible Chop with macaroni and cheese and collard greens, and every bite was perfection. As someone who doesn’t eat red meat but loves Impossible dishes, I was blown away—this was one of the best Impossible entrées I’ve ever had. The chop was flavorful and satisfying, the collard greens had the perfect smoky depth, and the mac and cheese was rich, cheesy, and comforting. The service was just as incredible as the food. Terry and Miranda were both top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and so accommodating. Their hospitality made me feel right at home, and you simply don’t find service like this everywhere. The atmosphere of the restaurant is elevated and swanky, yet still comfortable—perfect for both business trips and personal outings. I honestly can’t wait to come back again and again, even outside of work, just to enjoy this gem of a restaurant. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop by Red Eye Southern Kitchen. You won’t be disappointed! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

4 /5 K. Farrell: I was pleasantly surprised by this spot! I read reviews prior to making the decision to check this spot out. For the most part, people seemed to enjoy it so I was convinced I should check it out. The restaurant is located inside of the Hilton airport Hotel. There is a secure parking lot that requires you to pull a ticket when you enter. The restaurant will validate the parking ticket for you ! When I walked in I was greeted by a staff member and seated immediately. Shortly after I was seated my wait staff came over and introduced herself. She took my drink order and said she would allow me time to look over the menu. I asked my wait staff her thoughts on the Mac and cheese. I am picky about eating Mac and cheese from places. Most don’t know how to make real Mac & cheese ( if you know what I mean)! She told me it was pretty solid. - As such I ordered the following: Crab bisque Smoked chicken wing plate served with two sides: Mac & cheeses and asparagus were my picks! The crab bisque did take a long time to come out. It was so delayed that my main course came out shortly after the soup. It was not ideal, but I made it work! The crab bisque was solid. I would order it again. The wing plate also exceeded my expectations! I was impressed with the mac and cheese. The asparagus were large, which was concerning to me! Like how did they get so big? Steroids? Nonetheless, they were cooked to perfection! I did get the banana pudding to go- this was the only item I would not order again! It was basic and I only took a few bites and ended up trashing it . Overall I would reconned this spot! Service was spot on- and for a hotel restaurant the food is pretty good!
