1 /5 Sheri Venters: Thomson location is terrible! The “cooks” are too busy playing and not paying attention to the orders. Had to get a refund cause they never cooked my order! Only good thing I can say is the lady at the front counter was very nice and apologetic. She needs to work at a better place…

1 /5 Harrison: The owners of the Popeyes franchise in Thomson Georgia needs to be aware of the condition of this store. It is dated, dirty, employees are terrible, chicken sucks. They got the order wrong, pulled me up into wait lane I had to get out of car and go in for food. Chicken was full of grease over cooked and some was hard. I did not order white meat but got it no mashed potatoes no biscuit no napkins, I use to like this food but not anymore.

1 /5 Sunshine H: Poor service, employees didn’t even seem interested in taking my order or even interested in answering my question! Please hire people who need and want a job. It’s horrible going to establishments where employees make you feeling like you’re bothering them and taking away from their cellphone time.

1 /5 Erin Long: The woman working up front today pretty much igirned me. Took me almost 45 minutes to get my order. They dont have names tags on.

2 /5 Tee Thomp: Chicken taste refried or like it had been sitting for days... The store was out of strawberry soda and power aide. Sweet Tea had an old taste, was very bitter, and lacked sugar. The dining area needs updating. Very displeased with this Popeyes.
