1 /5 James Davis: Employees are more worried about a timer than helping the customer. Worries that the manager will fire them because I am at the window ordering instead of the computerized intercom that couldn’t understand what I was trying to order and would not accept the order. Then as I was placing my order with the employee she was constantly rushing me trying to get me out from in front of the window so that timer would stop. I ordered 10 original burgers and they both acted as though that was to much work for them to do, complaining that they were gonna have to cook fresh burgers instead of just taking my order and being polite. I spend a lot of money at checkers at various times and have been a loyal customer of theirs for years now and have never been as pissed off at an employee as I was tonight. I hope the manager sees this and fixes this issue. I care nothing about a timer at a drive thru I care that the help is friendly and that my meal is prepared properly. Which it was not they put cheese on everything and was not asked to do so.
