1 /5 T Reese: Bartender needs to be more focused and professional. I recently visited your establishment as I always do when Im home to include several friends and spend in excess of $150 each visit. However, Recently, the bartender became to engaged (unsolicited) and confrontational because she was referred to as such(bartender) when soliciting serve. Her behavior was very disappointing. I strongly recommend that staff (bartenders, etc.)wear nametags, spend less time on her cellphone, less time socializing with personal friends and remain behind the bar so customers can identify whos actually working or in charge. This will improve customer serve and enhance the customer experience. I have traveled the world and expected better at home.
Lastly, As a native of Warrenton I cannot overstate my level of disappointment in my visit and the way I was treated. I will NOT be returning and will encourage my friends to do the same. Professionalism is the key.Business is progressing here. Customers have options now. T.Reese(U.S. Navy -Ret.)
