1 /5 Sarah Isabel Jones: Placed a pickup order at 12:36, entered the restaurant at 12:50 and patiently waited for my order to say it was ready at 12:55. Got in the “pickup express” and they started making my order at 1:10. Waited 45 minutes for a mediocre sub, could have been through the line 4 times over. I tipped a dollar on my mobile order when I placed it, and instead of asking for a refund or my tip back I kindly asked for a free drink. Staff was disrespectful, laughed in my face and said “for what” I said “for my wait the order said it was ready 20 minutes ago and I placed it almost 45 minutes ago.” He said “it always says it’s ready but I guess you can get you a lil drink.” Owner needs to have some basic customer service training with staff. I won’t be back to this location.
