5 /5 Kimberly Pace: I went tonight and their oven broke down so the lady came straight to me(the customer) and explained to me that I had the option to wait for my food or not and she apologized to me. I choose to wait on my food and I was also given a full refund. This is very great service..

1 /5 Tammy Blizzard: *Update* Troy was great and understood our concerns and resolved them right way. Gave them 5 stars for service. * The pepperoni pizza was inedible and had to be thrown out. We ordered a drink that was missing from the order. Still waiting for the refund.
