I ordered my steak medium, but it came out nearly raw—cold and purple in the middle. When I sent it back, they took my entire plate, including the salad. A short while later, they brought it back and it looked like the same steak had just been thrown on the grill for another 30 seconds. Still undercooked and absolutely not what I ordered. To make matters worse, it seemed like they just reused the same salad Id already started eating—not exactly appetizing.
My fiancé ordered a salad with chicken, but it was missing the chicken entirely. When we pointed it out, they did eventually bring some out—just four tiny pieces. For the price, that felt pretty insulting.
The manager was on the floor the whole time, visiting several other tables, yet he completely ignored ours. No check-in, no apology, no attempt to make things right.
We left feeling unheard, disappointed, and hungry. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning
