1 /5 Jenny Burch: Leaving this bad review only in hopes the manager or owner will get his staff some help and guidance. 35 minutes in the drive through 10 cars lined around the building- they never asked the car at the window to simply pull up so everyone stuck in line could come through. Very bad service. It happens often at this establishment. There used to be a young man a year or so ago who worked and really kept things flowing, but it’s pretty bad as of late. It doesn’t seem to be a lack of staff, just poorly trained. You have the business, but your team needs guidance.
