4 /5 E. Lisa (Peachy in Georgia): Located inside City Station, a large religious complex that looks like a hospital. It houses the Southern Hills church, their daycare, a fitness center, “covenant housing” for college students and more and the cafe serves fresh food for breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch.
We stopped in on a Tuesday, right as they were switching from breakfast to lunch, and although we were the only people there, it still took an hour to get our food and we had to take it to go.
The food was solid, decent sized portions and flavorful. The menu is interesting, with traditional lunch classic sandwiches and hamburgers mixed with some interesting international items as well. I have to give a shout out to the biscuit beignets - fried biscuit balls served with strawberry or caramel sauce. These things were amazing!
The atmosphere is a little sterile, more corporate cafeteria than cuddly cafe. Kind of an odd vibe overall.
