1 /5 Desirae Rogers: I went to this restaurant this morning and ordered a sausage breakfast bowl. No biscuit add bacon. The lady at the window was super friendly and tried to see if I could just substitute the bacon for the biscuit instead of paying for the bacon. The cook told her no. And I was informed that I needed to pay the $3 difference for the bacon. Which is completely fine. I understand. I pay the difference so that made my order total around $12. When I got home I did not even have sausage on my plate. I drive back up to the store and let them know what was going on with my order. The cook (Sara) came to the window and said I can give you a piece of sausage if you want. I let her know that I had already drove all the way home and back so my tater tots and my bowl were very soggy by that time. She slammed the window in my face. When she came back to the window she let me know that she had put six pieces of bacon on my plate the first time rather than the sausage.Which was still not what I ordered And there was definitely not six pieces of bacon on my plate as you can see in the picture. She also let me know that she put my tater tots in a separate bag so that they wouldnt get soggy (she was being ugly) and then shes slammed the window in my face again. I understand that people have bad days, but this service is totally unacceptable. I hope your day gets better maam!
