2 /5 David Powell: I love longhorns and as a local I eat here fairly often. So as this is not a normal occurrence, tonight has been bad. I called in an order for my wife to pickup and paid for it online. (Like normal.) my wife gets home and her chopped steak supposed to be cooked medium is RAW. Now I like a good medium rare burger but we were at the rare/uncooked point. I had to nuke it in the microwave, and sadly my full rack of ribs was nowhere to be found, only a half rack, yet I was charged for a full rack. Receipt shows my order was taken correctly but definitely was not competed correctly. A 45$ meal with a 15$ cash tip to the guy who walked it outside for it to be wrong. I’m upset but sadly I will never get anything out of this review and I will sadly eat here again a month from now. Tonight was bad, but didn’t have to be. I will be triple checking from now on. Since they have stolen over 10$ from me tonight by not giving my full rack of ribs
