5 /5 Melanie Morton: We bought a family pack for the Grands who turn their noses up at turnip greens and black eyed peas, lol! Alexis took our order and she was great! Great attitude and she made sure everything was correct. Kitchen staff was on top of their game, food was piping hot and fresh!

5 /5 Meg Thomas: Never seen or been in a Jacks and so glad we stopped! Clean warm friendly atmosphere and super friendly staff at This LaFayette location! The food was good! Chicken mashed potatoes and green beans with biscuit and a burger fries and nuggets. All good. Fireplace going and decor warm and inviting. Que was a joy and Amelia was a doll.

5 /5 Denise Lindsey: Ever since this place opened in LaFayette we come here a LOT. Ive become acquainted with the manager Kyle and assistant manager Emily. They have catered for our church twice, we have a group that meets there every Sunday after church and we pop in during the week. Every visit has been exceptional. Emily and Kyle are exceptional. Before Jacks came to LaFayette we visited the other stores close to us but we are very lucky to have the best one anywhere around.

1 /5 Bradster: I have never left a review on anything, but after the horrible experience I had at jacks in Lafayette it was warranted. Right off the bat nothing but attitude. I ordered 1 combo large and when I got to the window they parked me. I waited 25 minutes. I decided to drive back thru to the window and they forgot about me they said. I did not get a receipt so I don’t know her name but she was a heavy set blonde in a black polo. They just handed me my food so fast and shut the window on me. Even gave me the wrong size fry. I’ll never go back.

1 /5 Regina Alexander: Almost every time we get an order at drive thru, something is not right. The ticket shows it correct but what is in the bag is wrong. I think they need to hire people who can read. We know better than to not check the bag before we leave. My husband did not check my grandsons chicken sandwich which was on the order ticket correct, plain, add mayo. He had to scrape lettuce and tomato off when he got home. The food quality is also not as good as it should be. Sometimes chicken is too spicy hot and they have actually had no chicken cooked up to order, left our hash rounds out of the bag and put gravy on potatoes when ordered without. Needless to say we choose other places to eat. Biscuits are often dry and hard, too
