5 /5 Mikey V: Finally some real authentic tasting Peruvian food, this new restaurant in the heart of Canton Georgia delivers an exceptional dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The lighting was just right, and the decor is beautiful. I ordered the Sudado de Pescado which is a fish stew, the broth was perfectly seasoned and rich and flavorful. My wife ordered the Conchas a la Parmesana served flambeed, what a presentation, and utterly delicious! The chef is Peruvian, trained in Peru, so I guess that might have something to do with how authentic the food tastes. For my drink from the bar we ordered Pisco Sours, wow, that tasted like I was in Peru, delicious! And finally for dessert we had Alfajores y Picarones, both were insanely delicious. I cannot wait to come back and try their other dishes!

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was truly amazing. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. It was the kind of meal you keep thinking about even after you leave. I can’t wait to come back!
