5 /5 Markham Jennifer (Hawyanvixen): Hold up folks, if you want some AMAZING ,home cooked southern soul food ..you have to try this place !! We had an amazing lunch today ! No seasonings needed and so much soul put into the food ...mmmm man them taters! Boiled okra! And omg that fried chicken! I took it to the bones !

5 /5 chase evans: The food was definitely the best ive had in jackson, the chicken was juicy with an amazing flavor while the green beans and mashed potatoes were made in just yhe right ways to make the texture and flavor perfect, the staff was extremely nice making for an all around good time.

5 /5 feminine frequency.: When youre in Jackson, Georgia the Hunters Cafe is a must. The food is amazing, their hospitality is astounding & the atmosphere will remind you of when you go to Grandmas house. If you are expecting a fine, wine & dine restaurant - this isnt you. But if you are expecting to feel at home with a meal that will remind you of the days people tend to try and forget, go to the Hunters Cafe!

5 /5 Gil Castro: First time here but will definitely be back! The food is home cooked, southern/soul comfort food and delicious. I had the fried chicken and it was delicious. The collards were some of the best Ive ever had! You wont be disappointed.

5 /5 Jason Muldrow: I am so glad I found Hunter’s Cafe! Driving back to Fayette County from Oconee, I was hoping to find a good local spot for breakfast and boy, did I hit the jackpot! Wonderful country cooking reminded my of my grandmothers cooking as a child. Heather was so sweet and rest of the ladies there were very nice as well. Excellent selection of all of your southern favorites for breakfast. The prices are very fair and tue food was perfect. I tried a pancake - amazing! For one it’s about as large as the plate but the texture is the just right balance between light and fluffy (not thick and dense) with a buttery sweet taste and crispy edge. If you like tasty friendly county dining you’ve gotta give Hunter’s Cafe a try. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely stopping by.
