5 /5 Bryan Page: My wife and I were in the Blue Ridge area for our annual trip that this year coincided with her birthday. We’ve got a little one so dinner out at a fine dining restaurant was not going to work and I found Fine Dining Chefs online. They had great reviews so I booked an evening with them at our cabin. They were easy to communicate with and curated an amazing menu. Chef Jeff got to our place about an hour before dinner and went to work. I was amazed with how he prepared the menu right there in front of us. He’s incredibly passionate and is truly dedicated to deliver not only a truly fine meal but also the experience his clients are seeking. The food was exquisite and helped make for a great birthday experience for my wife. If you’re looking for a really amazing dining experience in the Blue Ridge, GA area you need to consider booking an experience with Fine Dining Chef’s. It’s something I’ll definitely do again next time we are up that way.

Chef Jeff delivered an unforgettable dining experience that truly elevated our trip and added an element of fun! 5 /5 Marios Damianides: Had a private catering for a small wedding. Chose a 6 course meal and had a charcuterie delivered before for snacks. Also had the wedding cake made Jeff and Stephanie were amazing from the beginning. Flexible and accommodating to our preferences and some dietary restrictions We picked a 6 course meal. Rye charcuterie was very large and had over 10 cheeses and several meats. The meal Started with an amous bouche of beef wellington. Delicious taste Risotto was the next and it was perfect. The rice was cooked al dente and the truffle was dominant. Loved it. Salad was intermittent course and was dressed beautifully with a nice balsamic vinaigrette Entree was sous vide finished grilled pork tenderloin. Accompaniments were green beans, rice pilaf, and other vegetables with various dressings and garnishes Overall an amazing day. Thanks Jeff and Stephanie for making our special day even more special! I highly recommend Fine Dining Chef’s!

From the easy communication and payment, to the INCREDIBLE food (highly recommend the salmon and steak!) to the way they cleaned up and whisked out like magical cleaning fairies. They made my patents 50th wedding anniversary do memorable and SO YUMMY. Their service truly made our once in a lifetime celebration so special. I can’t thank them enough!
