3 /5 Jill Hendon: What a beautiful bar. How much business could they bill if it was staffed and resourced? This one amazing Manager and one new cook were working a packed place. They were running like crazy. The two brats were good. They were out of 3 of 5 sides and out of 2 of the available drafts. It is Thursday. If I had a job for these two amazing employees, I would hire them in a heartbeat. I hope that this bare restaurant stays in business for a long time. Owner - please rescue your hardworking employees.
