1 /5 Joyce Lilly: Took my father(who was from out of town for the holidays) to dinner after recommending this place cause I known it for since it was opened since 2012, took 15+ minutes to get drinks, only got one of our two appetizers. My daughter and my husband got their meals after we finished our first appetizer and drinks. Had to flag our waiter down just to get refills, informed him about the missing cheese dip. Never got it still when my and my father’s dinner came out.
(Mind all this also this place was not packed either. Which I have seen it be popping and NEVER have service like we had.)
Spoke to a different waiter that we wanted to speak to someone, so our waiter came out and again stated we wanted to speak to someone about the service. The owner came out, she was very friendly and we told her the situation about the service.
All we wanted was the dip and my father’s meal(he didn’t eat it due to him being disgusted by the service) taken off and she comp the whole bill. As much as we appreciate that, she did suggest us to come back between 9 to 5 for lunch to which we did as soon as we walked in they told us they were closed early at 3.
And as long as I’ve been coming to this restaurant, I will not be returning back to this restaurant, and none of my family is either, and I will inform my friends as well.
