5 /5 Amanda Mercer: I am quite upset. I am quite upset that I have lived in this area for 3 years and this is the first time I have allowed my taste buds the pleasure of enjoying the culinary arts of this establishment. We ate 4 different dishes tonight and all 4 were amazing. We tried their crispy pork belly, the korean fried chicken and 2 specials of the night: pork schnitzel and the duck flatbreat. The presentation, flavor, potions all perfect. The cocktails delicious. The staff- pleasant, knowledge. We will be making this our new place to go to.

5 /5 Savannah Bauer: Incredible! I made a reservation (and you should too, this place is seemingly in high demand, and for good reason) for my boyfriend’s birthday tonight. The service was great, the atmosphere was great, but the food. was. legendary. We started with the pork belly, I had the steak frites, and he had the Celine Dijon. Every bite was like a new experience for us (seriously, how do you reinvent the french fry - even they were next level) and I can’t wait to bring family and friends in the future. Thank you for a perfect night!

5 /5 Monyanita Hockett: I serve on a local PTA board and my fellow board members and I often meet here for brunch while also handling business. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. I have never gotten something that I didnt enjoy. I forgot to take a picture of my actual entrée but I did get a few pics of our beverages (a strawberry banana lemon drop, and a Darling Vikki) and our dessert, creme brulee.

I highly recommend this spot for a special occasion or any night you want to feel truly pampered. The cocktails were creative and perfectly crafted, and every dish was a flavorful masterpiece. The staff was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making the entire evening feel effortless and luxurious.

5 /5 Jasmine Cluster: I visited Local Republic today for the first time and had a really good experience overall. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with French fries, the Korean fried chicken, and a cheesecake (which I sampled in the car). The food was good quality—solid and enjoyable, it’s not bursting with flavors but it’s decent quality ingredients. If you get what I mean. The standout part of my visit was my server, Sophia. She was super attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the experience better. I had two lemon drops, and everything was handled smoothly. I did make a mistake and forgot that the Korean fried chicken had pecans, which I’m allergic to, and they were very accommodating about sending it back with no issue. This place also scores very high on cleanliness, which is extremely important to me. The restaurant was very clean, didn’t have any unpleasant smells, and even the light fixtures were clean—which says a lot. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the space. One small note: the onions on the grilled chicken sandwich were cut a bit too large for my liking, but that’s minor. The vibe was really nice, and I’m glad I found this spot. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope I get Sophia again—she truly made the visit great.
