1 /5 Maria Jackson: I placed an order in the drive thru for a chicken strip meal with a drink. Seems easy enough, but it obviously wasn’t. They asked me to pull up because they were waiting on the fries. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes before the assistant manager, Armani came out and handed me the wrong order. I made her aware of her mistake and inquired about my order. She went to the window and came back with my food. I asked her if she thought it was acceptable that I waited this long for my order? I received an insincere apology for my wait. So basically, they forgot about my order! My other food ended up getting cold. Very unsatisfied with my visit!!!

1 /5 Kate Scarmalis: A $20 lunch for two included chicken sandwiches on a pretzel bun. The bread was ancient, stale and just not good. The waffle fries had to have been made an hour earlier - dry, leathery and tasteless. The only person enjoying himself was the manager being entertained by his young female servers. Wait staff never took interest in the customers. It was a nasty experience. Will never return to ANY Chik-fil-A restaurants in the future.

1 /5 Alexis Wells: This location seriously needs to start paying attention to customer instructions. When someone takes the time to ask for things like mayonnaise, pepper, or creamers for their coffee on their mobile order, it should not be ignored. It’s extremely frustrating to receive an incomplete order & then have to ask the employee to go back & get what should’ve been included in the first place. Customers shouldn’t have to do the employees’ jobs for them. Reading the order notes isn’t difficult, it’s part of the job, & it needs to be done correctly. There’s always something missing or done incorrectly because the order instructions aren’t being read. For example, the other day I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese muffin & asked to remove the regular egg & add 2 egg whites. In my mobile order. Instead, they removed the egg entirely & gave me no egg at all. Customers shouldn’t have to double check or correct their orders every single visit. Reading the notes & following them properly is a basic part of the job, & it really needs to be taken more seriously at this location.

1 /5 Angel Campbell: I got a drink I didn’t like. Quite pricey. I barely drank any of it, asked for a substitute and they told me I wouldn’t like the substitute. I really wish I could have gotten a refund, since I just threw it away on my way out. Personally I’ve worked retail a long time and I try to make sure my guests are taken care of and feel heard. I feel like I lost money I could have used for gas at least or something. I’m really sad about it. :(
