1 /5 Liza Beth: *WORST EXPERIENCE EVER*
First off, upon driving up noticed no organization at all… all employees including management were frantic for no reason, not watching where they’re going almost getting run over by vehicles because they were darting around and running in front of moving vehicles while manager Hunter “directing cars to pull up”. Very dangerous for everyone.
I had the rudest lady take my order… no hello, or goodmorning like normally welcomed at Chickfila… just a “Whats the name? Name? What do you want?” and while trying to give my order, mid sentence she starts telling me to pull forward, “hurry hurry pull forward…” then she starts running along behind my vehicle to catch wayyyy up to where she told me to go up further…. then I’m waiting for her to come up there…. when she finally gets up there I try to tell her the rest of my order only for her to start telling me “hurry hurry pull up further” again… so then I pull all the way up as far as I can go now that the other cars have gone up… then shes walking and walking to catch up again while I’m just sitting and waiting for her again. Then when she finally makes it back up to me doesn’t let me finish saying what I want, just starts telling me a total price, so I ask if they’re still giving away the free chicken biscuit per person, she doesn’t answer me just says the total again. The total didnt sound correct for just my 2 hashbrowns and 2 tea, very simple order. So, after with how rude she was I just paid and figured I would check my receipt at the window and if it wasn’t correct I would get it fixed… I get to the window and find out sure enough she charged me for 2 meals but I never ordered meals… I only ordered hashbrowns and tea and shouldve received the 2 biscuit for free as there was 2 of us in the car, she also got the drink order wrong so they had to fix that. While another worker is handing us the food Hayley (the rude girl who took my order) comes running up and trying to argue in spanish to the worker handing my food to me that she wasn’t wrong, lying saying I ordered meals when I didn’t, then the manager Hunter comes up trying to ask whats going on but Hayley and the other woman keep trying to tell him something different, he seemed flustered and overwhelmed by the morning and told them go away and he’d fix it. So, we explain to him how rude Hayley was and what we actually ordered and what all she got wrong, we even told him “look, its just food, its not that serious. everyone looks frantic and Hayley’s not treating customers friendly”. Then he proceeds to “try” to smooth things over by telling us.. “she’s a single mom, she works 2 jobs… she’s stressed out”…. well to be completely honest there is NO excuse for her or anyone treating people so rudely. And if she cant even handle being professional and honest at one job, then how the heck is she even halfway competent enough to do 2 jobs. Also, the thing I love most about coming to Chickfila is the values of the company and honesty, for her to be lying about us is certainly not the company or Christian values the company promotes and lives by. All in all, worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chickfila, and I’ve lived all over the country and been to sooooo many Chickfila over the years, something needs to be done about Hayley as well as the management here needs to be better prepared and more organized.
I also don’t appreciate the manager Hunter lying saying “we didnt expect this morning to be so busy because we never advertised this giveaway. We only posted this free biscuit offer last night at 10pm.” We told him “Well then it mustve been an employee posted it because we saw it on your store’s facebook page days ago”… he mustve been embarrassed at us catching him in the lie because he started to turn red in the face.
Praying this establishment gets it together and doesn’t treat any other customers poorly as what happened to us.
I also gave review about this on my receipt review as well in hopes something will be done about the rude lady Hayley. She obviously does NOT need to be working there.
