5 /5 Danielle Lavender: This place stays packed! Food was good, service was great. The line did move slower than other Chick-Fil-As I have visited but maybe it was just an off day? Id visit again when we come back to town.

2 /5 Marci Payne: I went this morning on my way to work. The line wasnt very long. I was 3rd in line to order on my side. It took me more then 25 mins to get to the window. And they didnt have my order! They then had me pull up (which is what they should have been doing to speed the line up in the 1st place) to wait yet again on my order! Almost made me late to work! What happened Chick Fil A! I think employees either need more training or some hustle!

5 /5 Seth Murphy: I always stop by for a biscuit in the mornings. If I need a milkshake at the end of a hard shift or a long day, Chick-fil-A never disappoints. The food is always fresh, the staff is always very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is very clean and well taken care of. My kids love the play area and I do like how they keep it very safe for the children while also making sure its muffled for the rest of the restaurant so people dont hear my kids screaming and yelling at each other when theyre playing.

1 /5 Tiffany Wheeler: So my husband went to get my lunch being Im passing kidney stones and lets say for lunchtime this was by far the worst lunch food I could have gotten in Douglas today. Usually, this place is good at lunchtime but the bottom bun was so soggy it was literally mush, the cheese was not melted and the chicken was stale and cold and it was just a God awful sandwich. Then my usually favorite part is my fries oh goodness the fries. They tasted like they were first freezer burnt then fried last night and then today they dropped them into the oil to reheat them and they sat there all am and then were put in my bag abs served to me without a second thought. I will be calling up there as soon as I finish this but to make it worse my dog is a porker and the fries were so bad she refused to eat it she was trying to bury it in the bed covers. For the price we pay for the food we should at least get fresh fries if nothing else! Disappointed because I was hungry now Ive wasted my time and money and still hungry and now irritated because of poor customer service when its their job. If you dont want to do it correctly go find something you enjoy so it will be done correctly!
