Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Douglas (GA)

1 /5 Kamya: Very disappointed in this location. I have visited other Dairy Queen locations and never had a bad experience until now. For the employees to think they are doing a good job is crazy. The store is filthy and food is barely any good. Very disappointed, please do better . Sadly I do not recommend this location at this time

1 /5 Ghost Rider: For about 30 years I have always went to dairy Queen here in Douglas for the past 20 years I have always gotten four chili cheese slaw dogs and they were wonderful I always ate two of them for lunch and took the other two home now since they have changed owners the food has went way down I cannot tell you how many times I have taken food back up there and even the managers fuss at me and they do not want to make it right I used to go through the drive-thru to get my food now I have to go inside just to get them to try to make it right now they have loaded it down with so much slaw and this slaw doesnt smell right and the slaw is actually warm it breaks my heart to say this but I will never go back to this dairy Queen in Douglas!! I will take my business of 30 years somewhere else!!

1 /5 BJ H: The Dairy Queen has crashed. Quality is terrible. This is considered a 3 peace chicken strip box. lol Looks more like a chicken chunk box. Way overcooked and it’s obvious the employees really don’t care about quality and Consistency. The picture explains it all.

1 /5 Amanda Morgan: They took my payment then I sat at the window for about 3 mins before another female opens the window and rudely says pull up rite there and pointed to the curb and closes the window. I got 2 strips meals with curdsin place of fries and when I got my food it looked like it was thrown in the box.

1 /5 Cody Price: I eat here regularly and during the day this place is great but at night time you can tell there is a lack of management. I waited 35 minutes for a strawberry sunday… And the entire line that was in the building had already waited longer than that. In the back you have a 3-4 employees are running around like crazy trying to get orders out and the other half is standing around socializing. Do better Dairy queen.
