2 /5 Phillip Cape: Had an online order. I got there and there was 1 car in the parking lot with one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Took TWENTY minutes to get my food after the pick up time with ONE car ahead of me. Once I got to the window, the person there was preparing drinks (probably for the car behind me, which I didn’t have one) and took another 3 minutes to even ask what the name on the order was while I saw my food just sitting there. Got home and it was almost completely cold. The slowest place in town BY FAR!! This has happened multiple times I’ve been lately. Not sure if under new management or what, but workers have no urgency to get orders out, while not taking care of the first customer first. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be back. This place has gone way down hill the last year or so.
