Burger King - Summerville (GA)

1 /5 Raegan Trammell: After working a long day I wanted something easy for dinner so I ordered here from DoorDash. I ordered sweet tea but got coke…. I also ordered honey mustard for my chicken and zesty sauce for my onion rings but got BBQ for both instead…. AND I got a bacon kind burger with just 1 slice of Swiss cheese that I paid extra for but they didn’t put the 2 slices of American cheese that is SUPPOSED to come on it. All my items had something wrong with it, even things I paid for…. This is ridiculous.

5 /5 Samuel Biggs: Went to bk today for lunch. Building was clean and staff was friendly. Workers all seemed to have a designated task and the where steady working. We ordered 2 whoppers and cheese tots. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Hands down some of the most well put together burgers I have seen at a fast food establishment in a very long time. Food was also crisp and fresh.

1 /5 John Boa: I came through the drive thru yesterday around 6 and the women taking my order made me feel like I didn’t know what I wanted to order. All I wanted was a double whopper cheese no ketchup and a drink. I said no to the combo twice and she kept asking and she kept getting my order wrong and then added a combo meal I didn’t want. When I raised my voice a little she started to talk with another women saying I was rude so I drove off I expected better customer service.

1 /5 James Vincent Marcelo: I order here all the time since it is very close to some errands I run. I like to order mocha coffee with the hersheys chocolate. Many times it is okay. Many times they take ages to complete your order. Quite a few times where they handed me the lid barely on and spilled all over my car. Staff is rude sometimes. Today was exceptionally rude, ordered mocha coffee and they put in no chocolate. Explained that it taste different and looks different.The employee was not interested in fixing anything nor where they interested in being polite or doing their job correctly. How petty. Why do we all keep coming to this Burger King?

4 /5 Robert McQuese: Used the drive thru... Fries were cold and mayo was slapped on just one side of the bun of my Whopper. Also had unsweetened tea and it tasted like they used old mop water. Not impressed with this location.
