2 /5 maria Ritchison: I wanted to try a different barbecue place because I drive pass this all the time and the line is always full. My husband and I went to The drive thru part waited like 10 minutes. Which is fine we ordered our food like lady that took our order was really nice and helpful. Got the food and left. The food was not expensive but I noticed the tray of food was kinda light. We got home and open it. Immediately I was disappointed on how it looked. Like hospital food. Idk my husband said maybe it taste better than what it looks like. Pork DRY (no favor ) the strew taste weird and the beans were sweet or too much ketchup. Overall I probably wouldn’t be coming back to eat here. It’s cheaper than a few places but I rather spend more money for better food quality. Now (Southern Appalachian Smokehouse) is a lot better

4 /5 Sandra Akyuz: We had the brisket and ribs with slaw and stew as sides. The brisket was good, tender and juicy. It lacked seasoning. I decided not to add the bbq sauce that was on the table. The ribs were fantastic! Fall off the bone tender with lots of sauce. The slaw was good and the stew (Brunswick stew, we were told) was ok but the sweetness was unexpected. Im not sure whether Id get that on my next visit. Wonder bread was given too... Perhaps this is traditional (but personally, Im not a fan) I took it home and will feed the birds or dry it out for bread crumbs. All in all, good meal and will go back again. Price wise it was a good value for the amount of meat (1/2 pound of brisket and same of ribs). Sweet tea was the beverage we chose. Good and sweet. I bought a piece of Italian cream cake home but havent eaten it yet.

4 /5 Christopher Epps: I have eaten here for 20 plus years. The pork and chicken are always very good. The stew is worth the trip alone. I really wish they had some better sides than potato chips and slaw. The brisket was dry and sliced too thin. It also had a sweetness that I didnt like. Recently the service here has improved alot.
