Ken Sohal Worst branch and worst bank ... went to the branch to do wire transfer. over 5 employees in the branch and 2 working. waited for 30 minutes, the manager was not in the branch and assistance manager did not know how to do wire transfer ( this is around 10:00 am ). left the branch, been BofA customer for over 30 years .... same story for last 5 years

They knew me by name after just a few visits and always made me feel so welcomed. On more than one occasion, they turned a rather rough morning into a better one just with their kindness and conversation. 10/10 recommend this bank location!!!
