    Reanna Berryman: We were looking for a new tax company and found one of ED Burtons tax representatives who met with us, was friendly, & said she would get our taxes taken care of, etc. It has been 7 MONTHS and I cannot get ahold of her. I reached out to this company to hopefully get a response or an update, and still nothing. We have been completely ghosted and as a business owner, this is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. An email at least stating they were no longer going to do our taxes wouldve been nice, but we are left guessing. Save your time & go to a different tax prep company that will actually DO THEM and keep you in the loop since it is *YOUR MONEY* they are gambling with!

    Deirdra Plummer: I stepped on a bottle and a piece of glass broke off in my foot. A couple months later as I was walking I stepped on it. I filed a claim and was denied because I didn’t make the claim in 90 days?????? If I have insurance for the entire year why do I have to make the claim in 90 days??? Did I know that there was glass in my foot?? This is a crock of bs I see why things happen to these people! I would’ve rather them said “we just don’t wanna pay it”! This company deserves a -10 full of shih!!!

    Fonda: Contrary to the reviews that I now see; the experience that my husband & I are experiencing are quite the contrary. We have had our closing delayed twice now! Both ourselves as buyers & sellers have made travel arrangements to attend; only to be put off twice! We feel as though we have been put on the “back burner!” Our agent is trying to keep our purchase going because it is now possible that we could loose everything! The issue as we have been told at the last hour almost is not one that is truly needed to fulfill our loan! The Processor has been made aware of this, but it seems as though the Underwriter just doesn’t want us to actually have the loan. We are displaced & veery dissatisfied! We have now been advised to seek out another lender; yet we are out of time! Not sure how to proceed at this point. We may have to start over!

    Arianna Butler: I chose to start a Roth IRA with Fidelity Investment group because they offered an match incentive after making my first deposit into my account, they have in person locations available to build a relationship with a broker, and because I thought it would be an overall good back to maintain my Roth IRA with. Shortly after opening the account I booked an appointment with a broker to begin making the investments best for me and having my 401k’s transferred into the account. I booked this appointment a month in advance and today, two days before the appointment a broker named Tasia called me and told me that brokers at fidelity only made themselves available to people with over a quarter of a million dollars in their Fidelity account and that the only help I would be given was via phone. I will be changing the bank I keep my Roth IRA in as that was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. I highly suggest people choose another bank to open their investment and retirement accounts with.

    Marilyn Foody: We had worked with two different factoring companies before being introduced to Allied Financial. Without a doubt, factoring your receivables is an excellent way to increase cash flow, however, having to provide monthly data back to the factoring company utilizing their KLUDGE reporting system can drive you to madness. With one factoring company, we could NEVER reconcile to what their numbers said and it was a 30 minute dissertation from them on how to reconcile numbers. In fact we got a number of answers as to why the numbers would not reconcile and each and everyone of them was different. Absolutely MIND NUMBING!! We worked with Allied Financial for a few years and they were a great partner. They were quick to respond to our needs and it felt like they were a true partner in providing the necessary working capital assistance for our growing company. Their assistance helped put us in a position to successfully build and transition back over to a traditional bank. The line of credit and reporting requirements were extremely easy to use and flexible. From top to bottom, everyone at Allied was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend them to other entrepreneurs.
