1- They somehow enrolled me in automatic payments when I never requested this, I’ve been making my payments online religiously through their non-user friendly app. since October 2024.
Today January 2025 going through my transactions I see they’ve been collecting duplicate payments and triple on October 2024.
2- Called customer service today, explained the issue to the 1st representative which transferred the call to a 2nd representative, repeat the entire situation to him, where he just keeps repeating “I understand, I understand” ask if I have a computer, tablet or laptop on hand to help out ?!?!
Which I currently do not, except my phone, where I’m trying to access my payment transaction history through their app, with no success, again the app is a joke! After explaining he goes to tell me he’ll put me on hold while he takes notes of everything I stated, guess what?? Yes, you’re right, I got disconnected.
I would say unbelievable, but no, Bank of America has gotten worse by the second.
Customer service is terribly unprofessional, the app is a waste of time.
I am trusting them with my money, I shouldn’t be needing to spend my Saturday investigating transactions, being on hold for a representative that gives you the run around only to be on hold for a second rep that does the same and then get disconnected. It’s a shame!
Worst bank to bank with.
