Misty King I have been going to Anytime in Leesburg for years and in the past two or three years the quality of the equipment and the customer service has declined drastically. There is never anyone in the office to speak with. Most of the equipment needs some kind of repair or is just really old. The bulbs in the tanning beds havent been changed in two years (and I know because I helped change them) and now, we are down to only one bed and half of those bulbs are blown and the acrylic is broken on the bottom and hanging on the top. Also, the wipes in there are completely dry so you cant even wipe down the bed before and after you use it unless you think to grab some from another station before you go in there. There are cobwebs hanging everywhere and the air conditioning filters are so dirty they are literally being sucked inward because no air can get through them. The carpets are filthy and have never been cleaned in all of the time that I have been a member and 9 times out of 10, the bathrooms are littered with paper and are dirty and the main bathroom hand dryer hasnt worked in forever. With all that being said, my membership fees increased last year for services that are not being received, especially for the tanning bed, because the one that we have left is basically worthless and, not to be a Karen, but I go to the gym at 5:00 every morning and have made more than one special trip on my lunch hour to try to catch someone in the office, as have a few other members, and have not been able to air these grievances, so I decided to leave a survey on the corporate page and also here in hopes that someone will pay attention.
