I canceled my membership before the contract was over, paid my cancellation fee and even paid another month due to their “30 day notice” and I still get charged every two weeks. I have called multiple times for them to fix it and take my card off file and they always tell me “ I emailed the boss, he has to go over it” and it’s been going on three months now and yet i’ve never heard from the boss nor has this problem been resolved. this place just wants money!!

1 /5 Robert Nesbit: well, I have to change this review. this used to be my home gym, and I was proud of that. I have been an Anytime member since at least 2015, and this was the gym I compared all othere to. well, sadly, its absolutely trash now. Im glad the out of town gyms I go to are getting my money . its filthy, broken equipment, just terrible from what it once was

1 /5 Karmen Malone: My sister and I are on a family plan. We recently missed a payment because my cousin’s card was locked, so the payment was scheduled to come out within the next three days. However, instead of the expected amount, a $40 charge was taken. We initially let it slide, assuming it was a late fee. Now, as of September 15th, we have been charged another $40 unexpectedly. After looking into reviews, I’ve seen that this issue has happened to others as well. This needs to be reviewed immediately. Please explain why these $40 charges are occurring and process a reimbursement for the incorrect charges. I want to emphasize that while the gym itself is great, this type of billing issue and lack of clarity in customer service is very frustrating. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you.

1 /5 Kahau Miller: What everyone has posted within the past six months is true. Facility is filthy, toilets are broken, things are not being repaired. Do not bother trying to get a membership; they’ll assure you when you cancelled it was complete…four charges, four calls, and various emails later it still isn’t. They’ve become a nightmare to deal with.

2 /5 Misty King: I have been going to Anytime in Leesburg for years and in the past two or three years the quality of the equipment and the customer service has declined drastically. There is never anyone in the office to speak with. Most of the equipment needs some kind of repair or is just really old. The bulbs in the tanning beds havent been changed in two years (and I know because I helped change them) and now, we are down to only one bed and half of those bulbs are blown and the acrylic is broken on the bottom and hanging on the top. Also, the wipes in there are completely dry so you cant even wipe down the bed before and after you use it unless you think to grab some from another station before you go in there. There are cobwebs hanging everywhere and the air conditioning filters are so dirty they are literally being sucked inward because no air can get through them. The carpets are filthy and have never been cleaned in all of the time that I have been a member and 9 times out of 10, the bathrooms are littered with paper and are dirty and the main bathroom hand dryer hasnt worked in forever. With all that being said, my membership fees increased last year for services that are not being received, especially for the tanning bed, because the one that we have left is basically worthless and, not to be a Karen, but I go to the gym at 5:00 every morning and have made more than one special trip on my lunch hour to try to catch someone in the office, as have a few other members, and have not been able to air these grievances, so I decided to leave a survey on the corporate page and also here in hopes that someone will pay attention.
