Owners Andre and Devon recently did our Cheer Off Choreography and I will just say the coaches had chills watching the routine come together. It is everything and more than we were expecting for our Team and we can’t wait to show it off! Andre has also been a coach to my daughter for some time and there truly is no other coach we trust more to teach her! He teaches your athlete the proper way to do skills and makes sure the athletes body is prepared before trying anything new. They have built an amazing program and I absolutely recommend checking them out!

    Sarah Windover: I drop in at this gym every year. And every year Tommy is still just as nice and welcoming. Im so grateful to have a place to workout while on vacation. This gym is clean, has tons of equipment. Accommodating to everyone. 10/10

    Taylor Glaze: My kids absolutely love this new gymnastics facility! They look forward to their class every week and would go every single day if I let them. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. You can really tell this gym is headed for big things. Highly recommend for anyone interested in gymnastics or just starting out!

    Rebekah Sessions: APEXX Martial Arts has become more than an extracurricular for my children. Quickly I saw a confidence boost in both of my children, as well as learning self-control and the love they have for APEXX was immediate! It has continued to grow over the past 10 months. The staff, (in its entirety, from the Student Instructors to Master Rankin, and everyone in between) fellow parents, and fellow students share a strong bond. This is an exceptional Martial Arts school! The benefits are endless! I would highly recommend this Martial Arts DoJo to anyone!

    Stephanie Dickson: This is a wonderful space for yoga. The instructors are very knowledgeable and I just love that they work with everyone on an individual level. They respect where students are in there yoga practice, giving alternative suggestions throughout each class to guide and encourage everyone taking the class to get the most out of each part of the class. Youll just love it!

    Gustave de Laureal: First off. GREAT gym. Straight Rockey vibes. (Only lacking drinking water and lockers) at the Austell location, whis is a fantastic location and cool building. I walk to the gym, so lockers and a water dispenser would be really nice. Lots of vintage and new machines plus a great freeweight area.

    Terry Shaughnessy: Overall this is a very nice YMCA and gym. Cant say enough about the facility, equipment. And community involvement. That is why I hate to write this part of the review. Something has to be done about the men’s locker room, saunas and shower area. It is quite disgusting and rarely gets cleaned. Standing water and the same trash in the dry sauna is there for days. Same piece of gum has been in the black mats in the shower stall for weeks. This means the mats are not removed and cleaned. In public areas I see staff cleaning and members wiping down equipment after each use. But the men locker room is awful!
